Brooke is one lucky kiddo...Despite her mother passing away on Sunday Grandma and Gramps still went to Grandparents day at Levine Academy with Brooke on Tuesday:

Wednesday was grandma's funeral...we know she is at peace and no longer suffering...

We had Thanksgiving with the entire Kahn side of the family...lots and lots of cousins!!!

Family Hanukah at Grandma's:
In Ryan's family grandma (GG) always made stockings with beautiful designs out of sequences for each family member or when a new member of family was born or married into the family...Hanukah was one of grandma (GG) favorite holidays and she has for sure passed on her traditions...now Mitzi (Ryan's mom) and Aunt Cheryl (Ryan's aunt) are taking on the challenge to decorate the stockings. Can't believe I forgot to get a picture of Brooke's stocking but right now it has a strawberry on it because she is a strawberry nut! Instead of gifts for everyone we fill stockings with all sorts of things...

Brooke got a beautiful purse from GG...she picked it out before going in the hospital.
She also got toys, doctor kit, pjs and more...
Micah (cousin) got an American Girl doll from GG....she ended up naming her Evelyn after GG :)
