CABO, Mexico with the Padawer family!!!

WARNING: Long post!
So on December 29th we (me, Ryan and Brooke) headed with my mom, dad, brother, his fiancé Samantha to Cabo, Mexico. They flew threw dallas so we met them at the airport. We had the entire back of the plane and that was the beginning of what turned out to be our 12 day vacation. We were scheduled to be gone for 1 week but our flight was cancelled on the way back on Sunday and they informed us the first available was for Thursday so we HAD to stay at the beach for 4 extra days :)

First time at the beach...cried when her feet touched the sad and did not want anything to do with going in the water...this all changed as time went on...

New years's eve we ate at the French Resturant...while the rest of us were excited for steack and lobster Brooke just said this dinner is to long!

so we found a solution...I never let her do this at dinner but dinner in Cabo...blue's clues was a necessity!

Brooke stayed up way to late because there was music, drinks, and fun....if you know the Padawer's we like to party!

She was the one wanting to dance all night!

She kept pulling everyone to the dance floor...by the end she started falling because she was soooo tired!

They even had a performance in the middle of the dancing!

up early to go on a glass bottom boat!!! Cabo was great weather from 10:30 till 4:00 otherwise very breezy!!! but we had sunshine everyday!

it was very rocky and so Brooke fell straight to sleep in Didi's arms!

there are lots of Seals and they come up right on the back of the boat for a fish of course...

instead of going back with tour we did some touring on our own. Someone at the hotel suggested the Mango Deck...we had to cross a lot of beach to get there (with a stroller not made for beach) but it was worth it. It was right on the beach and it was in Cabo. We were actually staying in San Jose. Cabo is wild...this place reminded us of a party boat...

I took 3 pictures and never got them both to look!

They had the best homemade flour tortillas...I even took some home!!!

trying out public transportation...very bumpy...we left in the a.m. and did not return till late we stopped in San Jose downtown for their art walk they have every Thursday!!!

Didi and Paupau were not able to come for Brooke's birthday so we celebrated in Mexico also!

So the theme of the trip...Brooke was always trying to drink someone's drink....or eat their ice...and the taste of alcohol did not stop her...well we could not allow the two year old to drink so she had lots of virgin daiquiri and banana smoothies!

Finally found a really good drink...a superman!

One of the last nights we decided to go to San Jose for some shopping and stopped by a Mexican restaurant for a margarita!

and of course she was trying to steal everyone's drink so PauPau is a sucker and he ordered her a daiquiri!

Bless these people....they stand in the hot sun all day selling things...we got some fun stuff though!

The last night Didi and PauPau babysat and we went for sushi and the Japanese restaurant

and by babysit I mean they rolled Brooke around and she fell asleep :)
