So every year we go to Memphis for a big 4th of July bash. We have been attending the Seligstein 4th of July event as long as I can remember. And as always there is lots of food, drinking, pooling, gambling, and fun!!! We packed up the car and all 4 of us (yes Lucky went too) drove into Memphis on Wednesday. Didi and Paupau were very excited for us to come!!!

Swimming at the Jcc Waterpark (no pictures Brooke was in a bad mood) and adults night out at the Dog Track and Casino...thanks mom for babysitting!
So as many of you know Shelby is my first cousin and we are 3 months apart in age...so needless to say we are very close...On Friday we went to the dog track with the group...Shelby's as you have seen has a little one so this was a big night out for her...I choose to document the evening ...just for fun...

Bus ride across the bridge into West Memphis, AR to the Southland Greyhound Park and Casino...

Strategizing the races...

So Shelby wanted to go to the casino and I confused her so much this is what she said...

Just getting started...

The first race...

That is my dad...going to get beer...don't want anyone thirsty!

Yes...Shelby's preferred drink!

Seligstein's and Padawer's know how to have fun!

Samatha's winning tickets...

The winnings...

So being with a group we got 15 dollars credit to play in the slot machines...Ryan was a little bummed because he wanted to use it on blackjack...he was not sure how to play the slot machine he sat down at so after about 5 minutes I just hit cash out on his machine...yep that is $92 he won...on a penny slot machine!!!

Not any normal phone conversation..ordering late night pizza and wings for after the bus ride!

Sign of a good time...He is not even waking up to a Krystal hamburger!

Preparring for next's day lunch!!!
