Summertime fun!!!

The Kahn's are very glad it is finally summer!!! (could live without 99 degree temps already but that is ok). We have been spending a lot of time in the backyard....Brooke goes to the door more than Lucky to go outside. Recently my mom was in town and we took advantage of the weather. We took Brooke to the splash park and a new park called Hope Park. Hope Park is in Frisco and was designed for children with disabilities...it is a therapist dream...I loved it but Brooke threw a fit when it was time to leave.
Ryan and I went out of town yet again...this time for my friend Katie's wedding in Kansas City. I was a bridesmaid and it was not stop from Thursday till Sunday!! This time my mom stayed with Brooke and they had their share of fun also!

So while I was in KC for the wedding I got to see Seth and my friend Lauren for a quick second!! This picture is me and Seth!

So Katie the bride and I worked together with Lisa at OCH. Katie was my mentor and I credit most of what I know from my time working with her. Katie always said that she wanted to have Will and Ella in her wedding (she treated them at OCH for many years) and she did!! After Katie left I treated both of these patients...I cried when they walked/rolled down the aisle!
